At Blanc Doré, we take pride in offering high-quality hair extensions and beauty products. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Refunds

All purchases are non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect orders, or buyer’s remorse.

2. Exchanges (If Applicable)

3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

✔ Photos of the product and packaging
✔ A description of the issue
We will review your claim and may offer a replacement if the damage is verified. Blanc Doré reserves the right to deny any claims of damage or defects.
