3. Shipping Restrictions

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses: Some shipping carriers do not deliver to P.O. boxes or military addresses. If this applies to your order, please contact us before purchasing.

International Shipping: Customs regulations vary by country, and additional duties or taxes may apply. Blanc Doré is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through the shipping carrier’s website. If you do not receive tracking information, please check your spam folder or contact us at amanda@blancdore.com.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at amanda@blancdore.com. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

Stolen Packages: Blanc Doré is not responsible for stolen packages once marked as "delivered." Please ensure you provide a secure shipping address.

Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and email us within 48 hours of delivery at amanda@blancdore.com for assistance.
6. Address Changes & Incorrect Addresses

Ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If an address error is detected after placing an order, please contact us immediately at amanda@blancdore.com. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed.

Blanc Doré is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
7. Order Cancellations & Modifications

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been processed and shipped.

8. Returns Due to Non-Delivery
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to pay customs fees, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs. Refunds will not be issued for shipping fees.
